We collect the data needed to open and maintain your account: full name, CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID), date of birth, email, phone number, address and identity verification data (documents and selfie). We also collect platform usage information (sessions, device and trading history) and financial transaction data (deposits, withdrawals and the destination of funds).

Registration and verification (KYC), fraud and money laundering prevention, processing of deposits and withdrawals, user support, communication about your account and service improvements. Processing is based on the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation and your consent for optional communications.

We share data only as needed: with payment and anti-fraud providers, infrastructure services operating under confidentiality agreements, and authorities when there is a legal request. We do not sell personal data.

We use essential cookies for authentication and for the platform to work, and analytics cookies to understand how the service is used. You can manage cookies in your browser.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control and continuous monitoring. No system is 100% immune, and relevant incidents will be reported as required by law.

You may request confirmation of processing, access to your data, correction of incomplete data, portability and, subject to legal record-keeping obligations, deletion of data. The legal bases of financial operations may require records to be kept for the period set by law, even after the account is closed.
