Terms of Use

By creating an account, accessing or using the BINNEX platform, you declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the platform.

BINNEX may update this document to reflect service improvements or regulatory requirements. Material changes are communicated by email or by a notice on the platform, and continued use after the notice means you accept the new version.

The platform is restricted to persons aged 18 or older with full legal capacity, and only one account per person is allowed. You are responsible for providing truthful registration data and for keeping your identity verification (KYC) approved. Deposits, withdrawals and trades may be conditional on completing verification.

Your password is personal and non-transferable. Any activity carried out with your credentials is considered yours. Suspected unauthorized access must be reported to support immediately.

The minimum transaction amount, processing times and applicable fees are shown on the platform before each operation is confirmed. Deposits are credited only after the payment is completed by the chosen provider.

Withdrawals are sent exclusively to accounts and keys held in the account holder's name that have been verified beforehand. A mismatch between registration data and destination data blocks the withdrawal until it is resolved. This is an anti-fraud measure that protects the account holder.

The platform may request additional documentation at any time as part of its fraud and money laundering prevention procedures.

The operations available on the platform are high risk and may result in the total loss of the capital invested. The decision to trade, the amount and the timing of each entry are exclusively yours. BINNEX does not provide investment recommendations, portfolio management or personalized financial advice.

Running multiple tabs on the same account, improper automation of the trading environment, reverse engineering of the platform, or the use of bots without express authorization allow the immediate closure of the account.

The demo account is offered for practice and to get familiar with the environment, and has no real financial value. Results on the demo account do not guarantee results on the real account, which involves actual risk of capital.

BINNEX may suspend or close accounts in case of a breach of these Terms, fraud, suspicious activity or legal order, notifying the account holder whenever possible. Closure does not remove the user's right to the available balance, subject to any pending obligations.

You may close your account at any time through support, after withdrawing any existing balance.

The platform is provided as is. BINNEX works continuously on availability, accuracy and security, but is not liable for unavailability caused by factors outside its control (the user's network failures, internet providers, force majeure events).

Under no circumstances will BINNEX's liability in relation to the platform exceed the amount of fees actually paid by the user to the platform in the 90 days before the event.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Brazilian territory, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018) for the processing of personal data. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of the user's place of residence, subject to the competence established by law.
